 Most parts of our Thai houses have been made out of teak. However, their prices are considered very high, compared to the ones built out of other kinds of hardwood, so we resort to hardwood instead. Hardwoods that we normally use are Burma Padauk (Pradu), Monkey Pod wood, Siamese Sal (Burma Sal) as well as rosewood.
Building a house is of course a kind of investment, as such a house owner has to be very meticulous in all respect in order to have a nice and cozy home. Taking every factor into account, we are committing to building a house to your satisfaction. You can also specify the kinds of wood you like, in addition to the design of your own liking. Variations from our designs are always welcome.
