For our spectacular dining room furniture, we offer rare find knock-down tables made out of hardwoods. They are made out of stunning pieces of wood believed to be at least 150 to 200 years old.  Out of this world, we can find less and less trees of these sheer sizes.

They are considered as one of the hardest type of woods among the woods from the tropical forests. Whoever loves natural wood and owns them will treasure them for a life time since they are extremely hard to find and offer beautiful colors and grain.

Two main kinds of hardwood for our tables are Makaa or Monkey Pod wood (Affzelia Xylocarpa Craib) and Burmese Rosewood or Padauk or Nara (Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz).   See their hardness index on http://www.thailandtradenet.com , http://www.sawdustandshavings.com  and http://www.woodltd.com/glossary-terms.htm .

For more information on this Makaa wood, please click here .

Pores closed for a smooth and natural feel for each giant piece of these hardwoods.   Every piece with natural finish is hand polished and handcrafted in Thailand.

We can only offer while our supplies last.   For further details and information, please feel free  to contact us.
